Rydal's make car ownership so easy
Adrian was a delight to deal with. I took my wife along to look for a replacement car for her, and we spotted a couple. We were not pressured or harassed at any time, we got the price we wanted for my wife's part-ex, everything was done for us on completion and pick-up on Thursday. Slight glitch with the car after getting home, but all sorted with one phone call and a return visit. Never in my 56 years of driving and buying cars has a deal been struck so painlessly, If all Rydal's staff are this good then I will give them my full support, 10 out of 10 any day

Very professional ,straightforward and matter of fact which was quite refreshing. Vehicle was exactly as described , details of a test drive were outlined and sorted out quickly with no fuss. At initial sale HPI was discussed I didn't see the document upon picking up the car , but I stress I didn't ask again, I'm sure they would have if I had asked again. No full tank of petrol upon picking up car ,but again I didn't ask for this. Adrian was very helpful , guiding me out of the garage after I'd said I was very nervous driving the car away. Would recommend this dealer

A five star experience all round.

I've left writing this review until my 3month warranty expired, in case there had been any issues...there has not been!

Adrian was polite and professional through the whole experience. In fact this has reinstalled my faith in second hand car dealerships.

The price was very fair, a little below market value and when I had my mechanic check the vehicle out, he was very impressed. (The vehicle is almost 12 years old).

What sealed this as a good experience for me was Adrian's last comments 'take care of this and I'd have it back off you in a year. I want your return business. Any problems let me know'.

When my cooling fan stopped working they were second to none with a quick response and helping me get it sorted even though I live 40 miles away. One word: Awesome. From start to finish the guys at Rydal Motors were great. A lot of trust in both sides as I was on a rig offshore And only had photos and a few text messages to start with. The guys completed all my requests (video of the car inside and out, a copy of all the documents) without a problem. As the car was only a free thousand miles from the cam belt and tensioners ring changed they did that again without a problem also an MOT with zero advisory’s. I can not recommend these guys highly enough, in a world of dodgy car dealers these are definitely not one of them. The car was delivered to my house on the south coast from their Preston garage, in very good order with everything as it should be. Thanks guys
